Team Leader, Project Management (E-commerce)

Location: Poznań, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with flexible hours starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; up to 30 days of occasional remote work.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and delegate responsibilities across a team of 6 experienced Project Specialists.
• Oversee the evolution of product categories, parameter frameworks, and complex product relationships.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that improve catalog data quality.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for catalog improvement initiatives while resolving daily operational challenges.
• Align business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective project execution.

Requirements

• Strong focus on scalable processes, quality control, data structure, and large-scale product catalogs.
• Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution and translate complex requirements into actionable project plans.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and delegate effectively to experienced project specialists.
• High ownership, decisive decision-making, and a hands-on approach to eliminating operational bottlenecks.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, framework planning, and continuous process optimization.
