Scrum Master

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum meetings, retrospectives, team learning, and communication with stakeholders.
• Coach team members, mediate conflicts, support decision-making, and foster developer self-organization.
• Help create and split user stories, adapt product visions, order product backlog items, and support release planning.
• Remove impediments, support the Product Owner with backlog optimization, and improve engineering processes.
• Safeguard, monitor, and improve teamwork practices, Scrum adoption, productivity, and the use of logs, metrics, and charts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• At least one internationally recognized Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, techniques, and practices, with hands-on Scrum management experience.
• Expertise in estimating and planning iterative and incremental software development, plus knowledge of agile approaches such as Kanban and XP.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and mentoring skills, with experience as a team lead.
• Experience with Scrum team ceremonies and the ability to provide examples from previous projects.
• Introduction of at least three improvements to the team’s organization during the last 12 months.
• Involvement in the business context and goals of Scrum tasks.
