Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote within the continental United States; work must be performed in the United States. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.

Salary: $81,499.00–$167,644.00 annually.

What you will do

• Develop, customize, enhance, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications for federal agency operations.
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical designs into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Use a configuration-first approach with Salesforce Flow and reusable platform features before custom Apex or Lightning Web Components.
• Build unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and support functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, CI/CD, environment management, release planning, deployments, and post-release support.
• Document technical decisions and collaborate with architects, administrators, project managers, configuration experts, stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must have lived in the United States for the past four years, reside in and be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or Lightning Design Systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, VS Code, or Jenkins.
• Ability to work with customers individually and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Einstein Dashboard, Service Cloud, or Agentforce.
• Experience with UiPath or other robotic process automation tools.
• Experience integrating AppExchange tools such as DocuSign and eSign Live.
