Senior Product Manager - Category Experience

Location: Hybrid 4/1 in Kraków, Poznań, or Warszawa, Poland; working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Define vertical-specific customer experience vision and strategy and contribute to the broader product strategy.
• Gather customer insights, translate user requirements into product requirements, and interact with internal clients.
• Own feature backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and mid-term product scopes covering 6–12-month initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leadership, and support teams.
• Define and track operational and success KPIs, linking them to business KPIs and company strategy.
• Lead decision-making in ambiguous situations, optimize resources, mentor junior product managers, and build cross-product peer networks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product or project management role, including roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT processes.
• Deep experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to balance data, context, and experience when making decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a high level of autonomy.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and view the product from the clients’ perspective.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
