Product Manager - Invoicing (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, plus 30 days of occasional remote work.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's invoicing accounts and end-to-end invoicing processes, making decisions on timely partner settlements.
• Optimize invoicing operations and VAT configuration across product categories and countries, ensuring compliance with changing tax regulations and reducing errors.
• Lead projects that improve electronic invoice transparency and provide sellers with tools to filter, manage, and download invoices.
• Develop and maintain Invoice Admin tools for Customer Experience teams to search, view, and modify invoice accounts.
• Drive the product lifecycle through fast, cost-effective experimentation and business-impact measurement.
• Collaborate with development, Tax, Accounting, and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions and communicate organizational changes.

Requirements

• Experience with invoicing processes.
• Partner-centric mindset focused on transparent and reliable invoicing.
• Ability to drive high-level decisions using strong, merit-based argumentation.
• Experimentation mindset with the ability to test and iterate on solutions efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex changes and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Polish at C1 level and English at C1 level.
• Openness to leveraging AI to optimize processes and innovate in Financial Settlements.

• Background in financial, accounting, or tax principles.
