Operations Manager (Logistics)

Annual base pay: $87,500–$96,500

What you will do

• Collaborate with Supervisors to resolve immediate warehouse and operational issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership while identifying warehouse productivity improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor fulfillment service-level metrics to support customer experience and delivery performance.
• Support operational strategy, innovation, revenue, profitability, and performance goals.
• Establish process-improvement initiatives and optimize daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, synthesize multiple viewpoints, and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
• Senior presence with articulate communication, including adapting communication to different audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
