Onboarding Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Chicago, United States; on-site

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is a fast-growing technology and logistics company building operational infrastructure for driver-operated and autonomous rideshare fleets.

What you will do

• Run daily operations for the Chicago driver onboarding center and keep the process professional, smooth, and on schedule.
• Train and prepare drivers, complete credentialing and system setup, and ensure documentation and company-policy requirements are met.
• Schedule and oversee test drives and support new drivers through their first several weeks with feedback, coaching, and escalation.
• Track onboarding funnel metrics, completion rates, and driver readiness to identify bottlenecks and recommend fixes.
• Improve onboarding workflows as the Chicago market scales.
• Partner with Fleet Supervisors, Operations, and Chicago market leadership on driver readiness and onboarding quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, HR, onboarding, or another fast-paced, people-facing role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple drivers and schedules simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, filtering, and reporting, and comfort using data for decisions.
• Clear, professional communication and comfort training and coaching others.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including some early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Rideshare platform experience with Uber or Lyft.
• Experience in training, onboarding, recruiting, or people operations.
• Experience launching a new market, site, or operation.
