Program Analyst - Private Markets Investment Monitoring (AI)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor material events and headline news across primary fund investments and co-investments, assessing potential impact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly investment summaries and respond to monitoring information requests and follow-ups.
• Analyze performance data, valuation movements, and underperformance triggers; deliver portfolio insights to Investment and Portfolio Management teams.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled and automated monitoring workflows and support integration with internal data platforms.
• Partner with investment, program management, Operational Due Diligence, Sustainable Investing, data strategy, reporting, marketing, and finance teams.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in transaction advisory, accounting and financial analysis, valuation, or banking.
• Basic understanding of investment metrics and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to improve research, analysis, or workflow efficiency, with the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and identify risks or inaccuracies.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn the asset class and business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities; team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with additional tools is indicated but not specified in the source.
• Must be authorized and have the right to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
