Senior Financial Analyst (Finance)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 95,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Support quarterly and year-end financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements, Supplemental disclosures, and MD&A.
• Prepare operating metrics, corporate financial analyses, management reports, and Board materials.
• Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX compliance with internal and external audit teams.
• Assist with consolidated forecasts and tracking of global subsidiary operating results.
• Collaborate with operating businesses and hirify.global departments on reporting and financial deliverables.
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and efficiency; support due diligence, refinancing, investor queries, presentations, and special projects.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or auditing.
• Recognized professional accounting designation, such as CPA or a related designation.
• Strong financial systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload and professional development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HFM, OneStream, and Workiva.
