Finance Contracts Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role requiring residence within commutable distance of the Mississauga office, with regular team attendance.

Salary: CAD 58,000–73,000 per year

What you will do

• Review monthly open ready-to-bill opportunities and associated contracts, preparing billing requirements for handoff.
• Analyze contract terms, rates, discounts, obligations, compliance requirements, and performance to identify risks and billing discrepancies.
• Validate pricing and special conditions across simple and complex contracts, investigate revenue leakage, and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance leadership, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify terms, pricing execution, negotiations, and disputes.
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts related to opportunity conversion, contract performance, and revenue recognition.
• Manage finance case reviews, create credit calculations and complex reconciliations, and contribute to documentation, standardization, system testing, data quality, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business administration, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, contract analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong computer skills in a Windows environment and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with large volumes of complex data across multiple systems, including Tableau, JIRA, and Excel reporting.
• AI fluency and/or experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
