Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics - Global Marketing Services (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid position based in the hirify.global San Francisco Office in Mission Rock, with at least 3 days in the office

Salary: $154,000–$247,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own the data and intelligence layer for Marketing Services AI solutions and agents, converting raw data into ranked client growth opportunities.
• Assess hirify.globalNet transaction, CRM, client profile, analytics platform, and market intelligence data for quality, gaps, and AI readiness.
• Build statistical and predictive models for opportunity detection, root-cause attribution, and opportunity sizing using regression, classification, clustering, and machine learning.
• Design and maintain the opportunity scoring framework, including calibration, refresh cadence, and business-facing outputs.
• Partner with Technology, hirify.global Consulting & Analytics, Insights & Analytics, and regional teams to integrate reliable, scalable data pipelines.
• Document, validate, govern, and monitor models while communicating actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with an Advanced Degree such as a Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience spanning exploratory data analysis, business intelligence, statistical modeling, and predictive models in production environments.
• Experience assessing AI data readiness, including data quality, gap analysis, preparation requirements, and structuring data for AI consumption.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages, including libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas.
• Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets from transaction, CRM, and market intelligence sources.
• Experience building scoring frameworks, recommendation systems, or opportunity detection models that produce ranked business outputs.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, or AI data readiness frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and stakeholder communications.
• Strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, strategic thinking, and ability to operate in ambiguous, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience with LLM-based solutions, generative AI, or natural language processing applied to business intelligence or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
• Experience with model governance, documentation, and validation frameworks.
• Payments, banking, fintech, or card-product experience.
