Company

hirify.global is a pharmaceutical company developing healthcare solutions through data-rich commercial and scientific capabilities.

What you will do

  • Serve as an Associate Director-level Advanced Analytics Lead deployed across enterprise, launch, portfolio, and in-market priorities.
  • Lead analytical engagements end to end, from business-question definition and problem framing through methodology selection, execution, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Support promotion effectiveness, measurement and resource optimization, key drivers and action planning analytics, predictive modeling, and precision health.
  • Direct and quality-assure analytical execution by Hyderabad-based team members without direct reports.
  • Apply and contribute to enterprise analytical standards and reusable approaches while maintaining cross-capability flexibility and T-shaped skill development.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Decision Science, Commercial Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Econometrics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated depth in at least one area: promotion effectiveness and marketing mix modeling; ROI and response-curve analysis; resource optimization; causal inference and experimentation; driver analysis and performance diagnostics; segmentation and archetyping; or predictive and patient-level modeling.
  • Experience leading analytical work from problem framing through executive recommendation.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into an integrated view of performance or opportunity.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and presenting analytical findings to senior audiences.

Nice to have

  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly complex data-rich commercial industry experience.
  • Breadth across multiple capability areas, including promotion effectiveness and resource optimization, key drivers and action planning, and/or predictive modeling and precision health; experience supporting product launches and in-market brand performance.
  • Experience with subnational, account, customer, or patient-level analytics and with offshore or globally distributed analytics teams.
  • Experience contributing to reusable analytical capabilities rather than solely project-based analytics, and operating through large-scale organizational transformation or operating model redesign.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work in a deliberately flat Center of Excellence with a small number of capability Directors and a flexible Associate Director-level bench.
  • Integrated partnership with the Hyderabad analytics organization.
  • US-based eligible employees receive health, life, and disability benefits; a 401(k) with company contribution and match; vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leave.
  • Remote employees cover home-office expenses and travel or lodging costs for periodic live meetings at the East Hanover site.
  • hirify.global is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations during the application process and for essential job functions.
