Salary: $128,900–$214,900 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Set strategic direction for assigned EPM Free Form and Narrative Reporting product lines and present business plans to senior management and employees.
• Own product pricing, cost structure, risk, revenue planning, and profitability.
• Define sales channel and marketing strategies, evaluate market developments, and recommend new products, services, geographies, or modifications.
• Manage new product implementation and existing product modifications, including service design, development, portfolio acquisition, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with affected departments, establish marketing objectives, and develop programs to sell products and services.
• Provide staff training on presentation skills, product knowledge, best practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of proven marketing, product management, financial, operations, and/or project management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience in the listed fields.
• Ability to ensure products and services are marketable, profitable, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow risk appetite standards, policies, controls, internal control standards, audit requirements, and regulatory issues.
