Product Manager - Wealth Management

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; onsite role. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Annual salary: $93,000–$123,500, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive plans.

What you will do

• Partner with business line leaders to define, lead, and influence strategic investment initiatives.
• Evaluate existing and new products, systems, and features to maintain competitiveness.
• Create product visions, implementation timelines, business cases, and prioritization recommendations.
• Develop and present investment roadmaps and status updates to senior leadership and front-office teams.
• Lead vendor analysis and manage relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for execution teams and support product training and transition to day-to-day product support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, program management, or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in product management and program management.
• Advanced understanding of product infrastructure and applicable legal and regulatory rules.
• Excellent relationship management, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems, drive process improvements, set goals, monitor results, and lead multiple priority projects autonomously.
• Proven ability to build and lead projects involving varied disciplines and backgrounds, with strong business acumen and sound decision-making.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong attention to detail, adaptability, resilience, and teamwork.

• 2+ years of experience with financial products and systems.
