Production Assistant, On-Air Promos

Salary: $14.42–$19.23 per hour

What you will do

• Support Associate Producers, Producers, Creative Directors, and senior staff throughout multiple production projects.
• Participate in post-production editing, audio and voiceover sessions, and graphics requests.
• Create non-linear timelines using program footage, b-roll, and interview clips for promotional spots.
• Track produced promos and maintain records of media assets.
• Manage deliverables, quality control, deadlines, and distribution to WWE platforms and external affiliates.
• Stay current on WWE programming, products, events, branding, and messaging.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, strategic, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to develop ideas in a creative, non-traditional way and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for flexible and extended hours, nights, weekends, 1–2 Premium Live Events per month, and on-location shoots as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, TV/Film Production, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Television internship experience strongly preferred.
• AVID editing experience.
