Video Production Intern

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; in-office/on-site 4 days per week. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $18.51–$27.79 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video creation for platform rollouts, training initiatives, and recurring video Q&A series.
• Collaborate on scripts and treatment concepts, translating technical updates into accessible visual stories.
• Film footage and manage production with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit finished video assets for diverse global audiences, including captions and accessibility-compliant styling.
• Partner cross-functionally to refresh and design interactive courses for the learning library.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Video Production, Media Production, Visual Communications, or a related field. Rising juniors or seniors are preferred; sophomores with relevant project or internship experience are welcome.
• Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar post-production tools.
• Foundational knowledge of camera operation, shooting techniques, and basic audio or microphone setup.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to share creative ideas, solve problems independently, and manage deadlines.
• Submit an active demo reel or portfolio link with the application demonstrating filming and editing capabilities.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
• Experience writing scripts or developing creative storyboards.
• Foundational knowledge of media accessibility practices, including closed captioning and localization.
