Head of Professional Education (MedTech)

Location: On-site in Livingston, NJ, United States; other locations include Trumbull, CT, United States. Over 50% global travel required.

What you will do

• Lead global professional education strategy, governance, execution, and standards across fertility and medical device portfolios.
• Develop and deliver in-person, virtual, simulation-based, digital, certification, onboarding, procedural, peer-to-peer, congress, workshop, and symposium programs.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Sales, R&D, executive leadership, and external healthcare leaders.
• Define KPIs, measure learning effectiveness and business impact, analyze data, and report outcomes and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
• Build and manage global networks of clinical faculty, KOLs, educators, and professional societies, including faculty training and onboarding.
• Lead governance, audits, compliance readiness, budgets, vendors, resource allocation, and development of a high-performing global education team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing global education programs with compliance to external accrediting bodies and audit requirements.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and simulation-based education.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a global perspective.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, adaptability, communication, stakeholder engagement, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with education delivery technology, including simulation platforms and digital learning tools.
• Ability to work on-site and travel globally more than 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or non-profit organizations.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Education, or Strategic Communications.
