Senior PS Consultant (Genesys Cloud)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (flexible); Munich, Germany (flexible). Occasional international travel across EMEA, approximately 25%.

What you will do

• Architect, design, configure, implement, and optimize complex hirify.global Cloud solutions for midmarket and enterprise customers.
• Act as a technical authority and strategic advisor, aligning solutions with business objectives, industry practices, and hirify.global recommendations.
• Define project scope, architecture, timelines, and success criteria with project managers, stakeholders, customer leadership, and technical teams.
• Build scalable integrations using APIs, cloud-native services, automation frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
• Advise customers on AI-powered self-service, agent assist, conversational AI, analytics, and experience orchestration.
• Identify technical and project risks, recommend mitigations, and contribute to delivery methodologies, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional consulting, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience, including at least 2 years with hirify.global Cloud or a comparable customer experience, contact center, CRM, or AI orchestration platform.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and services; AWS experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience creating architecture documentation, technical designs, and executive presentations using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build customer and stakeholder credibility, participate confidently in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and operate in complex, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, agent assist and copilot technologies, agentic AI, or AI-driven analytics.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, application integration, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native design and integration patterns, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, enterprise solution architecture, or systems integration.
