Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid, partially remote, in the United States; listed locations include US NJ Remote and New York, NY.

What you will do

• Lead consultative prospect engagements and technical evaluations for hirify.global solutions, working with sales, account management, Value Engineering, product management, implementation consultants, and related teams.
• Demonstrate hirify.global Celeste and hirify.global AI capabilities through practical scenarios, including agentic AI workflows and integrated data use cases.
• Assess prospect engagement models, coordinate technical sales coverage, and architect solutions across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Support product trials, RFIs, RFPs, account strategy, and feasibility planning with consulting and implementation services.
• Maintain product demonstration sites and enable field teams to communicate new features, enhancements, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience at an enterprise software company, including enterprise architecture experience.
• Financial services experience in private capital, investment banking, real estate, or a related field.
• Comfort with AI, cloud technology, and security protocols.
• Fluency and curiosity in AI, including large language models, agentic AI workflows, and the practical implications of hirify.global Celeste.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain enterprise software business issues and engage senior stakeholders.
• Technical ability to quickly redesign presentations and configure applications.
• Experience with design thinking or similar collaboration methods, along with high integrity, teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
