Location: Work at home in Pennsylvania, United States; US citizenship required due to contractual and access requirements.

What you will do

• Provide strategic consultation on business processes, organizational structures, capability requirements, and enabling technologies.
• Design complex enterprise systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, and processes.
• Define architecture components, requirements, specifications, standards, and detailed implementation designs.
• Evaluate design options, system impacts, integration needs, and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead significant improvement programs and resolve complex architecture and business problems.
• Advise and coach developers, peers, management, and business users through presentations, walkthroughs, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and manage customer, partner, and management expectations.
• Ability to work with complex business and technical requirements, architecture methods, systems integration, and process improvement.
• Ability to protect confidential customer information and comply with HIPAA, information security policies, legal requirements, and the company code of conduct.
