Technical Project Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans with clients, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Oversee software project delivery in complex and ambiguous environments, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Identify and communicate risks that may affect project outcomes.
• Deliver quality project outputs on time and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare project status reports and analyze project data and metrics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management.
• Ability to advise clients confidently in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly with minimal ramp-up time.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with varied team styles and projects.
• High emotional intelligence and a responsive approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with schedule and project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and MS Project.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
• Construction, real estate, or technology experience.
• Consulting experience and experience working with complex business organizations.
• Interest in introducing new ideas, innovative solutions, and creative approaches.
