Enterprise Project Manager (Cloud/AI)

Location: Mexico; 100% remote work with up to 25% travel depending on business needs

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise projects involving cloud adoption, AI strategy, migrations, and transformation.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, senior leadership, and internal teams while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and multi-year delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, scope, changes, budgets, resources, quality, documentation, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, cloud providers, sales, and technical account teams; support account expansion, Steering Committees, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise project management experience, including at least 5 years in IT/cloud consulting; enterprise-level client experience is required.
• Experience managing technical engagements with 10 or more people, multiple workstreams, and budgets exceeding $5M.
• Extensive knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to develop complex, multi-year client roadmaps.
• Experience leading client Agile transformations and tailoring project management approaches to client capabilities and needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of a client organization.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and teams.
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Current legal authorization to work in Mexico is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

• Project Management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
• Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, or CSP.
• Cloud platform certifications such as AWS Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
• Artificial Intelligence platform certification such as Claude Certified Associate (Foundations) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS cloud services projects.
