What you will do

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external compensation surveys and internal job and organizational data.
• Perform advanced compensation analyses and modeling to support pay decisions, program design, and business needs.
• Analyze pay equity, internal equity, and compensation impacts, identifying trends, issues, and recommended actions.
• Support job evaluations, organizational changes, promotions, new roles, and other compensation decisions.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Maintain compensation data, support governance and audits, resolve data integrity issues, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related experience demonstrating the ability to independently manage complex, non-routine analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, identify issues, and develop practical solutions within established compensation frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts and analytical findings clearly to HR and business partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while independently owning assigned work.
