Project Manager II

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA, or one of hirify.global's Hub locations: Cleveland, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Columbus, OH; or Miamisburg, OH

Base salary: $63,750.00–$106,250.00 annually; incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage projects or portfolios from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment.
• Plan schedules, milestones, resources, work allocation, and project budgets, including proposals and subsequent changes.
• Coordinate with internal project liaisons to secure human and material resources, assign tasks, and direct execution.
• Track and report progress, analyze results, define project deliverables, and forecast future trends.
• Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, develop contingency plans, and communicate with governing bodies, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Support customer-focused decision-making and effective management of business risks under hirify.global's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of project management, project administration, organizational leadership, consulting, problem solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
• Ability to manage project teams, develop project scope, plan strategically, organize meetings, manage budgets, and implement projects.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, knowledge of IT standards, procedures, and policies.
• No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
• Must work in-office at Pittsburgh or a specified hirify.global Hub location.
