Business Systems Automation Engineer (AI/CRM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Holmdel, New Jersey; collaborative offices are also located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Verona, Italy.

Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD.

What you will do

• Design and deploy multi-step AI automation flows connecting LLM inference, CRM triggers, webhooks, data transformations, and integrated systems.
• Build and maintain full-stack integrations between LLM APIs and Salesforce, dynamically reading CRM context into prompts and writing structured outputs to Salesforce objects and flows.
• Engineer prompt templates, few-shot frameworks, and output validation logic.
• Develop and run LLM evaluation pipelines using RAGAS, TruLens, or equivalent frameworks.
• Collaborate with Tableau and Salesforce stakeholders to surface AI-driven insights through dashboards and reporting workflows.
• Translate technical model outputs into business signals for revenue operations and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Experience building end-to-end multi-step AI workflows across connected systems, including model calls, output routing, and downstream platform updates.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs with Salesforce objects and flows, including pulling live CRM context into prompts and writing structured outputs back to SFDC.
• Experience with systematic prompt engineering, few-shot design, output validation, RAG retrieval quality, and business-aligned LLM evaluation.
• Knowledge-based AI and ontology design experience, including entity types, relationships, and semantic hierarchies.
• Relevant experience with Python, SQL, LLM APIs, Salesforce REST API, Salesforce Flows and Objects, RAG frameworks, vector databases, ontology or semantic modeling, workflow orchestration, MLOps or managed AI infrastructure, Tableau, ETL or data pipeline tooling, and Git.
• Demonstrated ability may substitute for formal credentials.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue operations workflows, pipeline reporting, or CRM-driven business processes.
• Experience with Tableau or SFDC dashboards in a cross-functional analytics context.
• Ability to frame AI outputs around lead conversion, churn reduction, and process efficiency.
• Experience building chatbots or assistants connected to live data systems, business-entity-based RAG pipelines, model output evaluation logic, or entity-driven information flows.
