hirify.global is the UK's largest online car-selling platform, connecting private sellers with more than 8,000 dealers through a technology-led marketplace. The company is expanding its marketplace model into the fleet and leasing sector through hirify.global Enterprise.

What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities across partner, dealer, and transport revenue streams, including pricing and fee optimization.
• Manage day-to-day enterprise partner relationships and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews using data and actionable insights.
• Build and use real-time dashboards to improve pricing, dealer engagement, and ready-for-sale conversion.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks, implement lasting fixes with internal product, engineering, and operations teams, and create scalable runbooks.
• Analyze dealer purchasing trends, create account plans, and increase transaction volumes with top-tier buyers.
• Support partner pitches, commercial business cases, onboarding, and the development of the Enterprise product.

Requirements

• Strong data fluency, with the ability to turn dashboards and spreadsheets into clear business decisions.
• Practical experience building, maintaining, and deploying AI workflows, agents, or artifacts integrated into daily operations.
• Experience translating analytical findings into structured action plans and delivering them through to completion.
• Ability to represent hirify.global in written briefs and high-stakes client meetings, communicating complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of pricing levers, volume shifts, operational costs, unit economics, P&L outcomes, and negotiation priorities.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex problems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop expertise in a new ecosystem; automotive experience is not required.
• Ability to work across commercial, analytical, operational, and client-facing responsibilities and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
