Product Manager, Administration & Governance (Developer Platforms)

Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing integrated Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search services.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from IT-approved rollout through adoption across teams and business units.
• Make project creation and infrastructure access self-service through Supabase, internal developer portals, and agents.
• Shape company-wide administration, including ownership, delegated access, organization boundaries, and visibility into usage and costs.
• Translate platform, IT, security, and finance needs into identity, policy, audit, and spend controls.
• Define the transition from experiment to production with appropriate ownership, access, and guardrails.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to create repeatable customer rollout experiences and measure adoption, production usage, and expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products trusted by developers and platform or IT teams.
• Ability to reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution and turn them into understandable workflows.
• A strong perspective on how agents change software development inside companies and what internal platforms need to support this.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis, connecting adoption to sustained product usage.
• Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating rather than perfecting specifications.
• First-hand use of owned products, from creating projects to configuring policies.
• Use of AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
• Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing.
