Senior Compliance Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Malta, Tallinn, or the Isle of Man

What you will do

• Own assigned regulatory compliance workstreams and monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assess market-entry, game-launch, operator-onboarding, and new-product requirements.
• Manage licensing applications, renewals, registrations, approvals, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Investigate illegal traffic and unauthorised game distribution, assess breaches, and coordinate restrictions, suspensions, and corrective actions.
• Lead regulatory risk assessments, compliance audits, investigations, inspections, information requests, and remediation reviews.
• Advise Legal, Product, Commercial, Technical, senior management, regulators, operators, aggregators, and external advisers.

Requirements

• At least five years of regulatory compliance experience within the iGaming industry, working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in a B2B supplier, game studio, aggregator, or platform environment.
• Experience independently owning regulatory compliance activities or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of international gambling regulations, supplier licensing requirements, and market-access restrictions.
• Experience managing risks involving unlicensed operators, restricted territories, and unauthorised game distribution.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical controls and actions.
• Experience communicating with regulators and managing regulatory interactions.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and risk-assessment skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prepare structured regulatory assessments and recommendations in English.

Nice to have

• Key personal licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, or another relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience with game distribution, aggregation, or market-access matters.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, inspections, or enforcement-related investigations.
