Junior Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Location: Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events, legal or regulatory meetings, or visit hirify.global offices in Serbia or Malta.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and substantive legal support across contracting, corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Prepare and review routine legal documents, including licensing agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other standard commercial agreements.
• Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, playbooks, procedures, contract registers, and internal records.
• Coordinate contract approvals, execution, physical and electronic signatures, including DocuSign workflows.
• Administer trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property filings; monitor portfolio deadlines and renewals.
• Conduct legal research, prepare documents and reports, manage correspondence, and support Legal Department projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB); an LLM or equivalent legal qualification is advantageous.
• Academic foundation in corporate, contract, commercial, and/or intellectual property law.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, and accurate records.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international, cross-functional team under active guidance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant practical legal experience, including internships or in-house experience.
• Understanding of or interest in licensing, technology, software, gaming, or the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with contract execution and e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
• Fluency in additional languages.
