TL;DR
Junior Legal Counsel (iGaming): Supporting international B2B legal operations through contract administration, corporate governance, and intellectual property portfolio management with an accent on licensing agreements, legal templates, signature workflows, and trademark administration. Focus on maintaining accurate contract and IP records, coordinating approvals and renewals, and supporting legal research and compliance activities.
Location: Occasional travel may be required for industry events, legal or regulatory meetings, or visits to offices in Serbia or Malta.

What you will do
- Provide administrative and substantive legal support across contracting, corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and review routine legal documents, including licensing agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
- Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, playbooks, procedures, contract registers, and internal records.
- Coordinate contract approvals, execution, physical and electronic signatures, including DocuSign workflows.
- Administer trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property filings, portfolios, deadlines, and renewals.
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents and reports, manage correspondence, and support Legal Department projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) is required.
- Academic foundation in corporate, contract, commercial, and/or intellectual property law.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong organisation, administration, attention to detail, deadline management, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and with an international, cross-functional team under active guidance.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Nice to have
- LLM or equivalent legal qualification.
- Relevant practical legal experience, including internships or in-house experience.
- Knowledge of or interest in licensing, technology, software, gaming, or iGaming.
- Familiarity with DocuSign and contract execution tools.
- Additional language fluency.
