Senior Compliance Officer (Insurance)

What you will do

• Answer licensing queries and support global license administration.
• Review and update the licensing matrix, monitor Lloyd’s and the general insurance market, and communicate regulatory changes to the business.
• Support exception reporting and prepare management information, dashboards, and reports.
• Review and update compliance policies, guidance, training materials, and intranet content.
• Prepare committee and board papers for the Licensing Working Group.
• Provide secondary support for sanctions referrals, including screening, due diligence, investigations, and sanctions inbox management.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle a varied workload and work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to learn.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Compliance experience in insurance or financial services.
