Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Location: Remote; listed locations include Romania, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Portugal, South Africa, Gibraltar, and Greece. Fully remote — work from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, marketing, service, partnership, NDA, SaaS, intra-group, and gaming terms and conditions agreements.
• Support regulatory and licensing obligations across relevant jurisdictions in collaboration with Compliance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments covering online gaming, digital services, crypto, consumer protection, responsible gaming, and data protection.
• Maintain internal policies, procedures, and controls supporting legal and licensing compliance.
• Advise business teams on legal risks, commercial and operational initiatives, and practical solutions.
• Support corporate governance, intellectual property management, regulatory communications, audits, disputes, customer terms, and responsible gambling matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of in-house legal counsel experience within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience in both gambling and crypto industries is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property.
• Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to iGaming and cryptocurrency.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
