Sr Dir Software Engineering (GTM Platforms)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $214,400–$305,550 base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Set the engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap for go-to-market platforms, aligning investment and delivery with business priorities.
• Lead platform design, development, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and operational support across Salesforce, Clari, Eloqua, and connected services.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Renewals, Finance, Product, and technology teams to define requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash workflows covering demand, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, and renewals through initiatives such as Project Nova.
• Establish governance and standards for reliability, security, data consistency, configuration, and agility while advancing AI-enabled GTM workflows.
• Build, coach, and retain the engineering organization; manage vendors, budgets, capacity, risks, delivery performance, platform health, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across GTM platforms, sales engagement, customer experience, or marketing applications within enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.
• Experience leading in a global or highly matrixed organization and influencing outcomes across functions, geographies, and organizational boundaries.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen, including using data to identify performance drivers, make tradeoffs, and communicate an actionable point of view.
• Demonstrated success leading transformational initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders in complex situations.
• Strong executive presence and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence VP-level and senior cross-functional leaders.
• Ability to develop leaders, set high standards, address performance issues decisively, and build an engaged, accountable culture.

Nice to have

• Senior Director experience or equivalent scope, including at least three years in a senior director role; alternatively, at least five years of director-level leadership managing comparably large and complex engineering initiatives.
• Experience in HCM, payroll, time and labor, workforce management, or a similarly complex enterprise SaaS domain.
• Experience managing or partnering closely with third-party support providers or outsourcing partners.
• Success leading adoption of AI-enabled capabilities such as Agentforce, knowledge retrieval, sales insights, quality automation, or coaching tools.
• Experience with marketing platforms, CRM, CPQ, operational dashboards, and sales experience measurement.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ITIL, or equivalent continuous improvement practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
