Annual salary: $123,000–$190,000, negotiable based on experience and location, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into team objectives, delivery roadmaps, operating models, investment plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary Data Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and related technical teams.
• Guide the adoption of LLMs, foundation models, generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, multimodal AI, machine learning, and knowledge architectures.
• Establish AI technology vision, strategic architecture, reusable platform components, enterprise frameworks, and innovation roadmaps.
• Own AI initiative delivery and portfolio management, including priorities, resources, dependencies, risks, success metrics, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Drive responsible AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, model evaluation, operational controls, hiring, workforce planning, mentoring, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, technology delivery, and technical leadership within large-scale enterprise environments, including building high-performing technical teams and delivering enterprise AI capabilities.
• Experience leading AI, data science, software engineering, or technology teams developing and deploying production-grade AI capabilities, including technical roadmaps, resource planning, delivery execution, and organizational transformation.
• Experience leading complex and ambiguous technology initiatives by aligning people, processes, technical capabilities, and business priorities to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and build a culture of innovation, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining AI concepts, technical strategies, delivery plans, risks, and opportunities to executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, foundation models, generative AI applications, agentic AI, RAG, machine learning systems, AI evaluation methodologies, and emerging AI technologies.
• Understanding of the AI solution lifecycle, responsible AI, governance, model risk management, security, privacy, compliance, ethical AI, and operational controls.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies, assessing technical feasibility, managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing investments, identifying delivery risks, and advancing organizational AI maturity.
