Head of Product, Linga (AI)

Location: FL - Naples (34103), United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations subject to hirify.global approval, with occasional in-office participation potentially required. Approved remote work must be performed from a quiet, secure, confidential home-based workspace.

Base salary: $123,200.00–$274,560.00 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute LINGA's product vision, strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management across POS, payments, customer engagement, hardware, data, integrations, and platform services.
• Lead LINGA's transformation into an AI-enabled product organization and establish an AI commerce platform.
• Accelerate product adoption, customer retention, merchant lifetime value, monetization, and revenue contribution.
• Improve roadmap predictability, product delivery velocity, software quality, reliability, release governance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Success to align investments with business goals and manage compliance, risk, technical debt, and feature priorities.
• Lead, develop, and scale product managers and product delivery functions while building a high-performance, accountable, data-driven product organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading teams.
• Experience with SaaS POS for retail and restaurants, payments, and fintech technology.
• Proven success building and scaling product organizations.
• Ability to leverage orchestration development and software delivery.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• University or college degree typically required; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead. Bachelor's degree listed for the role.
• Ability to manage product and customer experience risks in accordance with hirify.global's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Higher education such as a master's degree or PhD, or relevant certifications.
