Project Manager (3D)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; U.S. Person status is required.

Salary: $62,000–$83,000–$91,300 annually for Colorado; ranges may vary by location in other states.

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, tracking, and delivery of 3D projects across 3D, Space Operations, customer-facing teams, operational groups, and senior leadership.
• Manage project communications and track opportunities and activities across Outlook, Teams, Slack, JIRA, JSM, Salesforce, and meetings.
• Perform feasibility analyses and Levels of Effort, providing actionable recommendations.
• Process and track sample and smaller revenue orders, maintain documentation, and support feasibility, billing, finance, and deal-closure activities.
• Support large-revenue project reporting, GIS tracking, DDR input, quality review tickets, 3D Construct reviews, and customer feedback.
• Link Product Requests to Build Tasks, maintain 3DPC documentation and meeting minutes, and surface project, deadline, and revenue risks.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and a U.S. Person as defined by the posting.
• Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Global Mapper.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as JIRA, JSM, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Ability to apply traditional project coordination and hirify.global-adapted project management practices.
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations with limited direction, seek assistance when needed, and escalate issues promptly.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, judgment, communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams, senior leadership, and ELT members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment and maintain detailed notes, task tracking, organization, and follow-through.
• Assertive, honest, detail-oriented, thorough, willing to raise concerns or celebrate successes, and able to work collaboratively.
