Location: Remote, with required in-person work at the Palo Alto office five days a week for the first 6–12 months and until operating independently. Applicants must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD base salary in the San Francisco Bay Area, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Work directly with and receive mentorship from the Cofounder/CEO.
• Identify and execute high-leverage growth and business opportunities.
• Work across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data.
• Help scale new businesses including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair bids, and roadside assistance.
• Navigate operational complexity, user personas, pain points, and paths to scale.
• Progress toward owning P&L for a business line.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work in person in the Palo Alto office five days a week for the first 6–12 months and until capable of operating independently.
• Insatiable curiosity and commitment to learning and mastering new skills.
• Strong ownership, resilience, tenacity, and bias for action.
