Senior Associate, Business Operations & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote. Full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Other listed locations: New York, Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $140K–$160K plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered app for managing car, home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical assets, with products spanning insurance, driving insights, diagnostics, and repairs.

What you will do

• Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships and own the business unit’s analytical function end to end.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions each analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders and drive execution through measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• First-principles thinking, direct communication, precise writing, and strong ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience with ClickHouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub.
