Senior Full Stack Engineer (Integrations Team)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico. Currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup.

What you will do

• Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices, including core components of the chat platform.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on web, mobile, and conversational interfaces for remittance services.
• Design and manage infrastructure supporting millions of daily requests and real-time messaging.
• Develop backend services using industry standards and Google Cloud services.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business teams.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to improve chatbot effectiveness and conversational experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build, ship, and iterate on software applications with real-world impact, plus a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
• Passion for products that positively impact millions, continuous learning, collaboration, innovation, and strong prioritization.
• Fluent or Advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about or experience in Fintech; equivalent competencies are also considered.
• Experience with the listed backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is helpful, but the role is technology agnostic and willingness to learn is valued.
