Staff Engineer - Dotnet Fullstack (AI/RAG)

Location: Hybrid, Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and scalable backend services using .NET Core.
• Build responsive, reusable frontend components and interfaces using React and Angular, following modern UI, accessibility, compatibility, and performance practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, implement Entity Framework data access, design database schemas, and optimize queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity management with Okta while maintaining secure coding and compliance standards.
• Manage Git repositories and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate enterprise or headless CMS platforms, including dynamic content management and customized CMS components and APIs.

Requirements

• Strong .NET Core, Angular, and React experience is mandatory.
• Experience with AI/RAG is mandatory.
• Experience with Azure, SQL, backend and frontend development, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, authentication, and identity management.
• Experience with Okta, SSO, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding principles.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong Azure DevOps experience, including changeset management.
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Coveo, and AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Replit.
