Senior Software Development Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and services using modern front-end frameworks, back-end APIs, and data stores.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex features from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions iteratively.
• Establish engineering practices for code quality, testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems using data and diagnostics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience across front-end and back-end web application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable services and user-facing features in a modern cloud environment.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams and influencing technical direction for complex projects.
