Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Guide customers through their security automation journeys, supporting solution adoption and long-term success.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex customer challenges involving the security hyperautomation platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap using customer feedback and emerging trends.
• Track developments in cybersecurity and automation to provide relevant technical insights to customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SOAR or automation technologies, or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as post-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or technical services.
• Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
• Passion for delivering strong customer experiences and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations centers, cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies.
