Associate Project Manager (Healthcare RCM)

hirify.global develops BillAI, a healthcare revenue cycle management platform supporting billing workflows and related integrations.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Product Manager with requirements gathering, product documentation, roadmap initiatives, and product decisions.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, workflows, feature specifications, and development tickets.
• Organize and refine the product backlog, prepare sprint-planning materials, track initiatives and blockers, and monitor release timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, customer support, billing operations, and other stakeholders to clarify needs, track requests, and communicate progress.
• Support product testing, UAT, demonstrations, release notes, defect documentation, release validation, and post-release follow-up.
• Own assigned enhancements through requirements, stakeholder communication, development coordination, and release validation, gradually managing smaller features independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software implementation, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience using product management or issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build product knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims processing, payment posting, denials, reporting, healthcare EDI transactions, and BillAI integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare software or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management workflows and medical claims, insurance payments, denials, and adjustments.
• Exposure to healthcare EDI transactions, including 837, 835, 999, and 277.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria or supporting software testing and UAT.
• Familiarity with behavioral health or ABA billing.
