Senior Digital Project Manager (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work from Canada during EST hours

Annual salary: CAD 70,000–80,000, based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex web, AI, and digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Structure multi-threaded projects, define milestones and sprint plans, and manage deliverables amid shifting requirements.
• Coordinate UX/UI designers, front-end and back-end developers, and other cross-functional contributors to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, scope changes, status reporting, and resource planning.
• Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and manage resources across up to six workstreams for one client.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and explore, pilot, and integrate emerging AI tools into agency and client workflows.

Requirements

• Digital project management experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading UX/UI, design systems, and research teams, as well as engineering teams delivering custom web or app development, APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or strong curiosity about AI tools, generative workflows, and AI’s impact on modern design and development.
• Ability to translate loose briefs and evolving goals into clear, actionable plans while operating in ambiguity.
• Agility and flexibility to manage shifting timelines and tight deadlines without compromising product quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, decisive approach to high-stakes deadlines and fluid scope.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with engineers, creative directors, and client executives.
