Senior Business Intelligence Manager (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate annual budget planning across four Operations units with Finance.
• Own monthly plan-versus-actuals controlling and management reporting.
• Provide Operations teams with insights, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
• Translate operational metrics into strategic insights, challenge plans and numbers, and assess initiative impact.
• Build AI-powered decision tools and business case models, including models for pricing, take rates, and profitability of add-on products.
• Set priorities independently, identify risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in planning and controlling, FP&A, or business intelligence, ideally in consulting or a fast-paced start-up.
• Hands-on experience using AI to solve business problems, including analyses, tools, and automations.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive topics across teams through indirect leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously without close guidance.
• Excellent English communication skills at C2 level.

Nice to have

• Background in automotive operations, fleet management, supply chain logistics, or subscription business models.
• Good German skills.
