Junior Global Retail Buyer

hirify.global is a Swedish fashion house creating ready-to-wear, magazines, furniture, books, and exhibitions through its own stores and wholesale partners.

What you will do

• Build and maintain buy templates, line sheets, assortment matrices, and other buying tools.
• Consolidate regional orders, check sizes, quantities, and minimums, and track buys through order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate product and order data with Planning and produce weekly and monthly sales, stock, and sell-through reports.
• Identify bestsellers, slow movers, anomalies, and replenishment opportunities, and propose initial actions to the Global Buyer.
• Prepare buying-session materials and logistics, then follow up on order recaps, deadlines, and open points.
• Track deliveries with Planning and Supply Chain, handle regional operational requests, and contribute to analyses and end-of-season projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail planning, including internships and apprenticeships; luxury or contemporary fashion experience is preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Organised, proactive, rigorous, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and strong product sensitivity.
• Team-oriented, curious, communicative, receptive to feedback, and motivated to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
