Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Define, own and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Align business stakeholders, technology teams, operations and senior leadership on priorities and outcomes.
• Lead product discovery, translate business needs into requirements, epics and user stories, and prioritise the product backlog.
• Drive delivery in Agile teams, including testing, release planning and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback, manage dependencies and risks, and drive continuous product optimisation.
• Support adoption of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence capabilities, to improve efficiency, scalability and time-to-market.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a related role within financial services, technology or complex operational environments.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and delivering business-critical products in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and align senior leaders, business users and technical teams.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives and measurable results.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks and delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, competing priorities and cross-functional programmes.
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution.
