Product Leader (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal, or Latam; relocation supported. Remote work is possible for up to 52 days per year.

What you will do

• Own the P&L, strategy, and business performance of hirify.global Financing.
• Develop the B2B credit-line product end to end, including client scoring, document flows, legal structure, landing pages, and unit economics.
• Build and optimise AI-based scoring models that evaluate clients and goods, working hands-on with large datasets and ML specialists.
• Manage target metrics, including the default rate, and work directly with developers, ML engineers, lawyers, designers, growth specialists, and external consultants in Brazil.
• Integrate fulfillment into financing as a collateral instrument and contribute to attracting external capital in China and Brazil.

Requirements

• Experience in fintech and/or e-commerce with an understanding of business financing.
• Product experience building products hands-on with developers and ML engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with large datasets and scoring models, using AI instead of specialised BI tools.
• Experience owning a product as a business, including P&L, legal setup, design, and go-to-market.
• Ability to run the direction independently with minimal management.
• Ability to quickly understand legal documents, processes, and new domains.
• Readiness to work from the office in Lisbon or Latam; relocation is supported.

Nice to have

• Combined fintech and e-commerce experience.
• Knowledge of the Brazilian market and experience across Latam.
• Understanding of credit scoring and ML models.
