Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights (AI)

Location: Remote - Maryland; other listed remote locations include Michigan, Massachusetts, Ohio, Georgia, and Texas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Target compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually. Compensation range: $103,000–$154,600 annually.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, discovery, PRDs, prototypes, backlog, and delivery for client- and program-facing analytics products.
• Develop secure, multi-tenant dashboards, value-realization reporting, and scalable branded reporting that reduces manual work.
• Shape AI-enabled analytics, including conversational tools and AI-generated insights, with guardrails for accuracy, explainability, data access, and human review.
• Partner with data engineering and platform teams on Databricks ingestion, modeling, governance, and data serving requirements.
• Work with clients, program managers, client success, engineering, Data & AI, and peer product managers to validate solutions, coordinate integrations, and communicate releases.
• Define and track KPIs including adoption, self-service usage, time to insight, data quality, reduced manual reporting, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of data, analytics, or BI products.
• Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform and close collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering client-facing or embedded analytics in a multi-tenant environment.
• Experience with AI-powered products such as conversational analytics, LLM-generated insights, or agentic tools, including maintaining output accuracy.
• Record of shipping products with measurable business results.
• Experience in a multi-product or platform organization where the product area is part of a larger solution.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and complex data into clear findings for clients.
• Ability to define 1–3 year outcomes-focused roadmaps, communicate tradeoffs, make data-informed decisions, and influence without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering analytics products for enterprise clients in regulated or program-driven industries such as energy, utilities, sustainability, government, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience with data governance, access controls, and data sharing.
