Sr. Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Woburn, MA, United States of America; hybrid work arrangements

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus a corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Design and configure AI-driven workflows and multi-agent automation systems for business processes.
• Build and manage automations with platforms including n8n, Workato, UiPath, Zapier, Make, AWS Bedrock, and Watsonx.
• Configure AI agents, enterprise integrations, APIs, connectors, and workflows across Salesforce, SAP, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Workday, and related systems.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable AI-enabled automation solutions and collaborate with business, IT, and operations stakeholders.
• Implement RAG workflows and enterprise knowledge retrieval capabilities where applicable.
• Establish monitoring, governance, operational processes, and continuous improvement practices for AI automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, business systems analysis, automation, workflow configuration, or related technical operations roles.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI tools, AI automation platforms, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience configuring and orchestrating AI agents or automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools rather than traditional software development.
• Strong understanding of business process automation and translating operational needs into scalable workflows.
• Familiarity with orchestration, integration, and connector platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier, UiPath, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and automation platforms.
• Comfort working with SaaS and enterprise tools including Salesforce, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, SAP, or Workday.
• Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including explaining technical workflows to non-technical audiences.
• AI experience may be emerging or newer; practical implementation and curiosity are valued.
