Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) (TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React/Vue, PostgreSQL): Building and deploying production-grade AI integrations, workflows, automations, and agentic systems for enterprise customers with an accent on customer-facing engineering, API integration, and production delivery. Focus on translating open-ended business challenges into practical LLM-powered solutions, deploying them in real customer environments, and owning implementations from discovery through production.

What you will do
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business and technical challenges.
- Translate open-ended problems into practical AI solutions.
- Build production-grade integrations, workflows, and automations across customer systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agentic systems for enterprise use cases.
- Deploy, test, and iterate on customer-facing solutions in production environments.
- Own customer implementations from discovery through production while partnering with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong ownership and the ability to drive projects from discovery to production.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and working in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React or Vue, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, MCP, or agentic workflows, and with customer-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
