Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business and technical challenges.
• Translate open-ended problems into practical AI solutions.
• Build production-grade integrations, workflows, and automations across customer systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agentic systems for enterprise use cases.
• Deploy, test, and iterate on customer-facing solutions in production environments.
• Own customer implementations from discovery through production while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive projects from discovery to production.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and working in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React or Vue, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, MCP, or agentic workflows, and with customer-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
